Teeth!

Luke got his first teeth! They came in a little while ago, but they are quite elusive so it took some time to get the pictures.

Crawling!!

After lots of pushups, rocking back and forth, and shimmying along the ground like a trout, Luke has officially started crawling. Although he was a little shaky at first, he is quite giddy to be mobile.

Luke started sitting up by himself.

Luke went to the park today. He had his first taste of grass, and did a little daydreaming.

Luke went to the Doctor. The bad news was he had to get his 6 months shots. The good news was they had some awesome stuff to play with.









I think that Luke is getting in shape for crawling. There has been a lot of rocking back and forth, like he's about to launch himself. And, he is doing quite a few pushups.

Other Favorites

Luke's favorite pastime is playing with paci's. His paci game begins as soon as he is placed in his crib. He rummages around until he finds a paci, then pulls himself up high enough so that he can reach over the edge of the crib, and drops the paci into the wild blue yonder.








This is our favorite book right now.

Luke likes sweet potatoes (well, I guess he likes everything except carrots right now).

We went to a massive community-wide garage sale this weekend. Luke made out like a bandit with the toys!

Facing Out

Luke graduated from being confined to his car seat while going on walks. We took him for his first walk where he faced the world. He loved it! He really liked watching the puppies at the pet store.

Luke has really picked up on the eating skills . . . today he sampled cereal, water out of a bottle, a remote, and a football.
